Enjoy a challenge? How does 54miles in 24hrs sound?

Angus MacDonald invites you to take the walk of your life! Discover how you can get involved with the State Street Caledonian Challenge 2006.

Angus MacDonald, Chief Executive of The Financial News and founder of Scotland's top endurance fundraising event takes us on a journey through Scotland?s most spectacular scenery to discover more about this Challenge and it's 10th Anniversary.

A decade on, since its inspiring beginnings when 17 hardy souls boldly set out to walk 54 miles in just 24hours, the challenge has flourished in to a mass participation event. Through sheer grit and determination, around 7,000 brave people have followed Angus's footsteps raising an amazing GBP5.9 million for The Scottish Community Foundation - a unique organisation that funds community groups and smaller charities throughout Scotland.

The State Street Caledonian Challenge 2006 will take place on 17th & 18th June. With more individuals taking part than ever before it promises to be bigger and better. Come and join in the Birthday Celebrations, now is your chance to challenge yourself, your colleagues and your friends! Meet fellow challengers and hear first hand from Angus and Sally-Anne Hunter, the Events Director, what's involved!
