Last year, a record breaking 20,753 runners entered the Fresh n' Lo Great Scottish Run.  Taking participants past may of Glasgow's top attractions (including the once-in-a-year opportunity to run over the soaring Kingston Bridge) the half marathon will start at 10am, with the 10k race beginning an hour earlier. 

For the first time, the Fresh n' Lo Junior Great Scottish Run will take place the day before allowing all the athletes plenty of room to stretch their legs!  If you're not running this year, why not get in training for 2008?
