The Whisky Bars of Edinburgh is a collaboration of ten of the city's leading Whisky bars, each is a traditional bar with a great Scotch Whisky range and staff trained in Whisky appreciation. To celebrate Whisky Month the Whisky Bars of Edinburgh will be holding impromptu Whisky tastings and some specially arranged whisky sampling sessions throughout May.
