For the first time ever, some of the 36,000 objects from Scotland's national collection of treasures associated with Robert Burns will be brought together in a major touring exhibition to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of Scotland's national bard.

For the first time ever, some of the 36,000 objects from Scotland's national collection of treasures associated with Robert Burns will be brought together in a major touring exhibition to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of Scotland's national bard. Manuscripts, books, art and artefacts will bring us closer to undertstanding and appreciating Scotland's national poet.

Aberdeen Art Gallery: 14 February - 11 April 2009
Venue tbc, Dumfries: 1 July - 31 August 2009
