As summer begins to drift away the Ceilidh Club looks forward to some cracking nights. Where? Cecil Sharp House: 24th Sept (Saturday) , 11th Nov (Friday). http://www.efdss.org/location.htm. Battersea Arts Centre: 7th Oct, 25th Nov, 16th Dec http://www.venuesatbac.org.uk/contact.htm What time? Doors open at 19:15, band 20:00-23:00. A well priced bar is provided. Do I have to book tickets in advance? We advise it, particularly for groups. You can book them through http://www.ceilidhclub.com/bookings.htm. Or call SEE tickets on 0871 2200260. Tickets cost £10 plus a booking fee and postage. Can I get tickets on the door? Yes you can. There are always tickets on the door. Tickets cost £10 or £5 concession. You get £1 off the main price if you wear a significant amount of tartan. Does it matter that I don't know my left foot from my right? No it doesn't matter at all. There is a caller who guides you through all the dances. Is there a dress code? No some people get dressed up others get dressed down. Tartan is appreciated.
