My company, Sculptured Crafts, which is basically, one would describe as a cottage industry, is in the front line fighting this invasion.We could, like many companies have done, give up the fight and outsource our whole operation, production and painting to the Far East. It would certainly save the company a lot of money, not to mention, making the company much more profitable. But I believe a company also has a social responsibility.

If we move production out of Britain, what of our many suppliers, who, in the main, are small companies employing less than 10 people?
