We’re looking for a new flat mate for our professional house share in a lovely 4 bed Victorian Terrace house in Walthamstow north east London (Zone 3). Hi we’re looking for a new flat mate for our professional house share in a lovely 4 bed Victorian Terrace house in Walthamstow north east London (Zone 3). THE ROOM The room on offer is upstairs it is small but has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws and is for one person only and is available immediately. THE HOUSE The house was recently refurbished to a very high standard, is situated in a quiet road , has wireless broadband and laminate floors throughout. It has a shower room and a bathroom both of which have toilets. There is also a good sized Living room with TV and phone and a spacious Kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. In addition the house benefits form a back garden which is great for BBQ’s. RENT & BILLS Rent = £292 per month Bills = £50 per month each TRAVEL The house has excellent transport links to central London; it is only 2mins walk from St James Street Walthamstow Overground station, which is only 15mis on the train from London Liverpool Street, it is also around 15mins walk or about 5 on the bus from Walthamstow Central and Black Horse Road tube stations on the Victoria Line. FOOD SHOPPING. The house is only 10mins walk from the famous Walthamstow Market as well as a large Sainsbury’s and ASDA. You can also get £1 Pizzas form the local takeaways and the historic Walthamstow village with Pubs and restaurants is 20mis walk away. THE HOUSEMATES We are all mid to late 20’s professionals (although Mark going back to Uni in September) we all quite chilled out but like to keep the house clean and tidy so if your a really messy and don’t clear up after your self then this is not the house share for you. We’re all very sociable and enjoy sharing a bottle of wine of a few beers together as well as hitting the town at the weekend and having BBQ’s however we all have busy schedules and live separate lives. Anyway back to us, Alfi and Sho are a married couple, Alfi is South African and Sho is from Devon. The other flat mates are Olivia who is Slovakian and Mark who is from Scotland. YOU Basically we’re looking for someone who is a responsible professional, or a mature or postgraduate student but likes having a laugh and letting there hair down and can guarantee to pay the rent and bills on time every month and will be able to get along with all of us. Also you have to by reasonably tidy but not anal- as long as you’re not a total slob and do your fair share of house work it will be cool. However, it would help if you have good personal hygiene as BO is no-one’s favourite fragrance. in addition, this is a professional house share NOT a ‘backpackers hostel’ so while it would cool to have your mates to stay for a short time (as we all do) it is not cool to have people staying for months on end.
