The chance for a group of talented young musicians from Uist - the 'Flying Fiddles' - to play at the Cape Breton Festival has been scuppered by the collapse of Zoom Airlines, and they are now left with the task of raising £6000 to buy replacement tickets. Please, please help if you can - it's a chance in a lifetime for some very talented young musicians, and also it would be important generally for the development of Gaelic music - it would be such a shame if they were not able to make it after months of hard work.
