We are really lucky to have Robin Laing perform. Robin (known asScotland’s ‘Whisky Bard’) has the best job on the planet – drinkingwhisky and singing! Chair of the legendary Scotch Malt Whisky SocietyTasting Panel, he has to sample all those cask strength drams and writepoetic, quirky descriptions. He also writes books and other stuff aboutwhisky and has made four CDs of whisky songs. He says, “Whisky is theone thing Scotland does better than anyone else, and that is surelyworth celebrating.” He will be talking and singing to us aboutScotland’s contribution to Humanity on Monday 10th November.
